Designed from scratch and built Λογιστής AI (Logistis AI), an AI-powered SaaS now in production, generating four-figure MRR with paying customers and recurring subscriptions. Complete ownership of system design, software integration, and full-stack implementation, including an end-to-end RAG retrieval layer with re-ranking and data augmentation pipelines for high-accuracy responses on complex, niche queries.

Built solo an internal brand-aware newsletter automation platform serving ~30 clients of the sister advertising agency, with full stack ownership across frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
